When is African Fintech Week 2026?

AFW 2026 takes place October 5–8, 2026. The event runs across multiple time zones with sessions scheduled to accommodate participants across all of Africa's regions.

Where does it take place?

AFW is a hybrid event — fully virtual with in-person regional hubs across West, East, Southern, Northern, and Central Africa. See all hub locations.

How much does it cost to attend?

African Fintech Week is completely free to attend, thanks to our generous sponsors. All virtual content, live translation, and on-demand sessions are available at no cost.

How can I propose a session?

We open a call for session proposals each spring. Anyone from across the sector can submit a proposal for consideration by the AFW Selection Committee. Watch for the announcement in early 2026.

Is content available after the event?

Yes — all sessions are added to our on-demand library. Registered participants retain access to the full content library for 12 months after the event concludes.
